Jennifer discovered the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of meditation during yoga teacher training. She noticed subtle differences in her life…an overall sense of peace began to emerge, along with a newfound sense of joy, and a remarkable ability to handle stress with responding, instead of reacting. Jennifer believes wholeheartedly that life in the slow lane is necessary in our modern culture and taking a few minutes out of each day to just breathe is the bee’s knees.
There was no doubt that adding meditation to her yoga offerings would be of benefit to all women, and so the quest to learn more began.
She received continuing education in meditation with Mandy Trapp, lead educator at Lifestyle Meditation in Edmonton, Alberta, and is working towards completion of her 200hr. training.
